Under water dolphin kick is highly
important for all taking part in competitive
swimming, off a dive , off the wall and during swimming strokes, our are in fact allow 14m off the wall under water, this can often be a much faster way to get up into your stroke, many swimming particularly in an IM event utilise this kick to its full potential..
The body position is highly important, a good stream line position very important, next good fast hip movement is also important: and finally the feet should be relaxed , this then allows a good flutter on the movement, this then give good power and speed!
